What is FMS? Life Fountain will help you with key tasks when you hire your own workers and/or buy other services and goods that help you live in your community. Programs that we help you use are; Consumer Direct Community Supports (CSCS), Consumer Support Grant (CSG), or Community First Services and Supports (CFSS budget model; and agency model when you buy goods and other services).
