Contracted Case Manager Supervisor

I have been a part of the Case Management Department at Life Fountain since April 2020 and I currently support our Case Management Teams as a Supervisor. I graduated from Truman State University in 2011 with bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Exercise Science. My previous roles have provided 18 years of experience working in health and human services fields including Juvenile Corrections Officer, Special Education Teacher, Mental Health Community Supports Specialist and Chemical Health Counselor. I also previously worked for Life Fountain as a Qualified Professional and Designated Coordinator providing supervision for PCA and MN 245D Services.
I am passionate about mentoring and supporting others to reach their full potential regardless of their circumstances. This has led me to be a lifelong advocate for people who live their lives with a disability to have equitable access to services and to have equal opportunities for success and increased quality of life. My current role allows me to support individuals and families in navigating a complex system of services to achieve their personal goals and support their disability needs. When I am away from my work, I enjoy spending time with my family. We love being outdoors in any of the state’s beautiful parks and wilderness areas. I enjoy camping, playing sports, gardening, cooking, and learning new things daily.
