Program Notes are now available directly on the EVV App. Once you are ready to end your shift and complete your timecard, you will be able to add in your program notes directly on your timesheet. Starting June 1st, 2025, the online EVV submission form will no longer be available. All program notes will need to be submitted in the "summary" portion of your time sheet. All timesheets must be complete, in English, and submitted via the Allcare app to be approved. Failure to complete program notes may result in a timesheet delay.
