Greetings, my name is Blanca. As a dedicated and bilingual receptionist, I take pride in being the first point of contact for both our persons served and employees. With a friendly face and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone who walks through our doors or reaches out for support. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and helping them feel heard, respected, and assisted. Whether it's answering phones, coordinating visitor check-ins, or supporting administrative tasks, I bring a positive attitude and a strong sense of organization to everything I do.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, going on long walks with my dog and cat (yes, they both enjoy it!). I'm passionate about learning new things and love spending time outdoors, just enjoying the little things in life. I'm grateful to be part of a team that values compassion, communication, and care.
