Wendoline Lorenzo
Community Outreach Specialist
Wendoline is a proud first-generation Latinx college graduate. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Project Management. Wendoline has vast experience in the service industry and retail customer service. Wendoline values connection and has enjoyed working with people from all walks of life. Wendoline is active in the community and has participated in projects with various non-profit organizations, and served as a community liaison with the City of St.Paul Parks and Recreation. It is through her love of people and connections that she landed at Life Fountain and was able to apply her business skills and knowledge to her first HR role. Wendoline has found ways to implement new methods and strategies to the art of HR, working with bilingual applicants and home healthcare clients.
Now, Wendoline serves as Life Fountains' first Community Outreach Specialist. Wendoline focuses on industry research, project planning, recruiting, and developing content for LF. Wendoline continues to build her skills in web design, public relations, social media and continues to successfully implement new projects that help develop inclusive and culturally competent work environments.
