Contracted Case Manager
Hello! My name is Samantha (she/her), but most people call me Sam. I have lived in Minnesota for about 5 years now but grew up in a small town in southern Wisconsin, so I am a Wisco girl at heart. Before starting at Life Fountain, I was a student at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, majoring in Psychology and Sociology of Law, Crime, & Justice. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my 2 cats, building my houseplant collection, exploring new parts of the cities, and learning new crafts (most recently crocheting). I also love learning new things and appreciate any opportunity to do so; my favorite topics of study include sociology, law, and history.
I have been working at Life Fountain for a little over 3 months as a CADI case manager for Dakota County. I became interested in case management because I enjoy working with people and value having diversity in my day-to-day responsibilities. As a case manager, each day brings new challenges and more opportunity to learn. I look forward to working with you!
