My name is Yuleni and I am the new Intake Coordinator at Life Fountain. My goal and aspirations are to help my community in any way or form. My role as Intake Coordinator is to help communication with case managers, the person served, and coordinate with appointments. On my free time, I like to spend time with family and friends, and my two dogs! I also love going for walks and listening to new music!
